How to purchase team and player pictures from

Ordering Player’s Pictures

• Log into the private gallery with the link, event ID, and password given to you by your school.

• You will find a gallery of picture sessions for your school with the name of each team and its date, time and location for the session. The sessions are listed in order of date and time.

• Select your team’s picture session by clicking either the team name under the “Categories” list on the left or the team in the gallery of picture sessions in the main body of the web page.

• There should only be one team picture session. Click either the picture session image or the Buy Now “Shopping Cart” to bring up the online order form.

• Click the check boxes of the item you want to order (click again to uncheck the box) and change to quantity if you want more than one.

Click the “Add to Cart” button to order the items and go to your shopping cart.

• IMPORTANT: Only one player per order.

For example, if siblings on the same team are ordering items that use pictures of the individuals then an order for that team need to be placed for each sibling by selecting, going to the shopping cart and checking out.

Likewise, orders for siblings on different teams also need to be placed individually so that pictures are taken at the right times and places as well as delivered to the correct teams.

Shopping Cart

• The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.

Checking Out

• You will need to login to checkout your order.

If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and we can review your orders.

• We utilize PayPal for purchases made on this site.

• If you do not want to use our online ordering system, please:

• Print a copy of the order form: Teams Order Form
  

• Complete the form indicating item ordered by filling in the quantity and total for each item and total the order.
  

• Have your player bring the form and payment to the picture session.
  

• NOTE: Orders submitted online have the handling charge waived.
  

My Account

• On this page a registered customer can login or recover a lost password and a new customer can register.

• After signing in you can view order history or view and edit your customer profile.

Product Return Policy

If the package delivered through the school is not completely satisfactory please let us know by way of our contact us page. We will take care of your concerns or refund the price on the portion of your order that is returned.
